Evil bug or intended behavior?

Hi,

to create or drop triggers it's necessary to own the SUPER privilege. As the SUPER privilege gives a user advanced administration permissions (far beyond triggers), it might not be suitable for a non privileged user (e.g. a webhosting customer).

Does that mean that it's not possible to give a non privileged user the permission to create and drop triggers?

Markus
