Hi Naveen,
It is difficult to give you a response with the information you provide.
Clicking "Edit MySQL Data" should import the data into a new Excel worksheet and let you add, delete or modify records.

If you can import data using "Import MySQL Data" you should be able to also use "Edit MySQL Data" and see exactly the same information being dumped to Excel.

Can you consistently duplicate this with any table?
If it is a specific table, you need to include information about its schema (columns and their data types), as well as a sample of the information you are storing there.
