Dear Javier, Shay,
First let me start by apologising that I did not read your reaction that you asked for further information. I think I read over it the first time around. Please see my answers to the questions (both latest blog as well as previous blog).
To start of some background information. The table I am trying to edit is based in a database of Wordpress (CMS). I am trying to make some changes in the back-end. The table we are talking about is called wp_posts
1. Can you consistently duplicate this with any table?
• Yes, other tables I can both import AND edit in Excel.
2. If it is a specific table only, what data types do the columns have?

4. Are you getting any error message? If not, do you see any error messages in the application log found at %APPDATA%\Oracle\MySQL for Excel?

Thanks again.
