What type of queries you are running on the database?

Do you constantly inserting data? or do you only select data?

If you are constantly inserting data, the growing data will likely to slow down the select and the insert will also likely to get slower with index generation when the data grows.

From the status you show, there are close to 2 million times insert is executed and about 4.5 millions select is executed. And pay attention to Select_scan | 897493 , you might not have proper index for your select.
I don;t know if the insert was done as initial data loading only or insert being done continuously or not from the information.
