I would like some information about load balancing

Hi!
I'm interested in Mysql Cluster but I have a question... :)
Can Mysql Cluster redirect queries to the node which works the least? How can I manage to do this?
I can send a query to any node which can redirect the query to the node which works the least, that's it?
