Sure. Data in Access, plus SQL to access it, can be ported to MySQL. (I did such a conversion a number of years ago.)
Suggest you look into Workbench for automating the process. There are a lot of datatype differences, SQL differences, etc.
Some things you might have to do differently. Whatever you had in Access will fit in MySQL; that is not a problem.
