It's going to be running over about 30 million rows, so I'm sort of just trying to make sure I'm not doing something dumb. If temp tables are pretty commonplace, and don't typically affect performance, and if there isn't some super obvious indexing change that would make it drastically better, then I'll just forge ahead.
