what do i need to get to upgrade

I have not been on the forum here for several years (8?). I am using Server version: 5.1.73-community MySQL Community Server (GPL), MySQL ODBC 5.1 Driver and MySQL Administrator 1.0.16. I looked and read but quite honestly I am confused about what I need. What replaces the Server version: 5.1.73. And what replaces the administrator I am using and what is the next best ODBC driver for both 32 & 64 bit operation. I am setting up a new machine w/windows 10 pro and would like to use the newest MySQL stuff. Any help would be appreciated. I haven't done anything for about 8 yrs. This is all for my own benefit, So be gentle on me. thanks in advance
