Phil Siyam, that was Phillip Ward who cleaned up your query formatting.
Again, actual time=0.003..0.003 rows=2 loops=61329, ie 370 msec looks not too bad, do your real times not match?
About the data, we'd need the DDL and a few thousand rows to test alternatives meaningfully.
