Ok, I found the Migration Toolkit in this GUI Tools.
mysql-gui-tools-5.0-r17-win32.msi
(http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html)
I just thought, that the workbench includes this migration toolkit. If so please let me know.
