MS Access migration error

Using MySQL 5.1.15, Migration Tool 1.0.20 but not having success creating scripts for table creation. The script looks like this:
CREATE TABLE `newdbase`.`table_name`
)
ENGINE = INNODB;
So all the column definitions are missing from the SQL statement BUT no errors occur earlier in the migration process. Reverse engineering etc all function properly
I have made sure that System Objects are visible in MS Access and adminstrator has access to everything.
Error is reproducible on at least 2 different PC's (both WinXP SP2)
