Hi,
I tried to install mysql 4.0.20 in SCO Open Server 5.0.7. It installed fine without any issues and on running it worked fine and gave mysql> prompt.
But on restarting the system, and trying to run mysql, it is giving the follwing error
"Error 2002: Can't connect to local MySQL Server through socket `/tmp/mysql.sock` (115)"
On trying tio mysqladmin also, it is giving the same error
Pl help me to resolve this issue
