Start up of MySql (winmysqladmin.exe)

I loaded and did the standard of mysql to my win2K desktop in default (c:\mysql) directory.

I ran winmysqladmin.exe for the first time and it let me set up usercode/password

When I ran winmysqladmin.exe again to do the setup. It VERY briefly displays a screen and then quits.

As best as i can tell, there are two lines in the upper right pane (myodbc).
Line 1 ->Not Found
Line 2 ->3.51 not found

The mysql service is set to automatic and is started.

Any ideas?
