reinstall user.exe
i have downloaded version 4 and unzipped it to a folder c:\mysql
when i run setup.exe i get the following error message
BTVDM KERNEL: missing 16-bit system module
Please re-install the following module to your system32 directory: USER.EXE
i have search high and low and cannot find out why this is happening.
Can anyone help?
