Can't tell where it went awry. Example of moving datadir on Linux: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-move-a-mysql-data-directory-to-a-new-location-on-ubuntu-16-04

With the commercial edition, you need to use your support contact ... these fora are for the community edition.
