cannot complete the installation on Debian 10 - broken link to repo?

Hi All,

during installation process of the MySQL for Debian 10 Buster, 64 bit, after downloading any apt-get config file, like this one, for example: mysql-apt-config_0.8.16-1_all.deb, after running command sudo apt-get update, I'm getting error:
E: Failed to fetch http://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian/dists/buster/mysql-5.7/source/Sources 503 Service Unavailable [IP: 104.127.19.22 80]
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

It seem to me like a broken link (the end of it has missing '.gz' at the end), so it should read:
http://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian/dists/buster/mysql-5.7/source/Sources.gz
or maybe the link is dead.

Any help greatly appreciated
