we do not announce GA Dates...
- RC1 is out http://mysqlserverteam.com/whats-new-in-mysql-5-7-first-release-candidate/
- RC2 is imminent...
- and, the next big conference is https://www.oracle.com/openworld/index.html

GA Versions are immediately available/supported under MySQL Enterprise Edition subscriptions.
