BTW, I met an error when compiling sql_locale.cc. I converted this file from utf8-encoded to unicode, then the compiling succeeded with lots of warnings like ".\sql_locale.cc(28) : warning C4566: character represented by universal-character-name '\u064A' cannot be represented in the current code page (936)"
I don't know whether this matters.
