Receive emails automatically when project is created (Eventum)

After creation of project, the project's users are with the options "Receive emails when all issues are created ?" and "Receive emails when new issues are assigned to you ?" checked "No".
I'd like put automatically this options checked with "Yes" after creation of project, how i can make this?
