Hurra just another page :-)

Please don't get me wrong I like this QA movement a lot, BUT ... I still don't
know where and how to publish any test cases, where to publish test ideas,
test scenarios, discuss all that stuff, probably with other testers to get
this testing somehow orchestrated, or discuss with the product owners areas of
concerns regarding quality, or 'subscribing' to certain test areas and all this
for free !

All these WIKIs and pages and forums and blogs are realy nice but what is
relevant for me as an independent hobby tester ?

Again where is the place to go ?
I know how to report bugs, but we need another chanal, just one, to get testing
knowledge across the community.

I haven't found it yet !
