Replication Monitoring

According to the doc., MySQL monitor will automatically discover replication servers and create groups for replication monitoring.
I have one master and two slaves configured and all agents are installed and running on the local DB servers.
However, I am getting "No replication groups" on the Replication tab of the dashboard.
It seems the auto-discovery in MySQL Monitor is not happening.
Anybody experienced a similar issue before? Thanks
