The simplest way would be to take a filesystem copy of the entire installation directory, and move that to a directory of the same name on the second box.
Failing that, you can install freshly on the new machine, take a copy of the MySQL instance, and make sure that you take a copy of the keystore file within $installdir/apache-tomcat/conf, and recover it to the same place within the new installation (as this is used for encryption of passwords within the database).
