can't configuring Service Agent

Hi,

I'm trying to use MySQL Enterprise trail and during the installation process I didn't find the part related to service agent configuration(MySQL server that I want to monitor)
After specifying the directory where MySQL Enterprise Monitor Agent will be installed,the installation leaded me directly to tomcat server options instead of mysql server I want to monitor options first(as I found in the installation steps documents " http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-monitor/2.1/en/mem-install-agent-unix.html ").

I want to add or install the Service Agent on the MySQL servers to be monitored.. if anyone help I'll be appreciated.
