Each test will track different data. Total there are probably 20-30 different possible data types with 5 or so applying to each test (occasionally some overlap, two different tests may track temperature or something). The front end software can deal with finding the right columns, I suppose.
The only issue with one giant table I see is that there will be a lot of nulls. This may not be a bad thing, though.
