Thank you for reply Peter, but I don't understand your question.
There is no result, the import wizard just generates an error, and it won't proceed from there. It doesn't even reach the point where at least "Columns" window shows the initial result. As I mentioned, it looks as if the Import Wizard is not capable of reading Japanese characters at all.
And No, I haven't tried the same with MySQL client. I was hoping I could get this done with Workbench with easy to use GUI....
