Hello Pablo,

It may possible that there is some corruption in the ibdata1 file. You can restore corrupt ibdata1 file from the clean backup. If you don't have any backup then try Stellar Phoenix database recovery for MySQL software. It repairs & restores corrupt ibdata file. It is recommended you to try free demo version of the software to see the preview of corrupt file. After preview you will have to buy the full version of the software to save.
