Script timeout passed (Import)

Whenever I try to import a backup, it show the following message "Script timeout passed, if you want to finish import, please resubmit same file and import will resume.?
I read some news and changed the php.ini as below
max_execution_time = 6000
max_input_time = 6000
The backup file just about 700K, anyone can help please~~
