Database restore

I performed a database restore from one of my backups but the during the restoration the the existing database was overwritten but there are some information that i need to get from overwritten database is there a way of getting the database off one day back before restoration has taken place because i don't have backup off it from the system of the working database before it has overwritten. please please i real need your help !!!!!!!!!!!
