i hate to say that - but i couldn't reproduce your crash.
so, please provide you callstack, or dump file, and specify what version of c/c++ do you use. and yes, as Andrey suggests - that's better to do in the bugtracker

i suspect it could be because of vs2005 c/c++ libraries and vs2008 or vice versa,
but I couldn't reproduce your crash in (one) such configuration either.
