Following products have failing requirements

I am trying to install "mysql for excel". I get the message the it requires "microsoft visual studio 2010 tools for office runtime" which is not installed. Then I am instructed not to do anything because the installer is trying to resolve the problem. Then it downloads and installs VSTO. But it does not install mysql for excel.
