Hi Demba,
Starting from MySQL Server 8.0.4 a new default authentication plugin (chaching_sha2_password) was implemented as default and old clients don't support it.
To solve this issue there are two options. The first one is upgrading the MySQL client most probably you are using Connector/J to the version 8.0.11. For the second option using the MySQL Installer you can reconfigure the Server and when you are in the "Authentication Method" screen you can choose the "Use Legacy Authentication method", this screen also contains more details about the issue you are having that will be helpful so you can choose the best suitable option.
