how to install mysql automatically (on windows) ?

I tried to follow official instruction in this website,but failed. The instruction is about version 5.xxx , but mine is about 8.xxx . Then I tried to install from command line by programming , but there is lot of trouble, like:c# can't catch mysql's console's std output(because of text encoding confusing).So I changed into using c++ to catch mysql std output to fetch the original root password. Although I may finally successfuly install by using this trick. But I still thinking whether there is one way that suggested by mysql officail website. Thanks a lot.
