Hello Maxima,

Some questions...
- You are downloading the 5.7.21 installer from the archives correct? Or are you downloading a more recent version and attempting to install server 5.7.21 using that installer?
- After installing, do you accept the upgrade prompt or skip it?
- When configuring the server, are you making changes other than the defaults?

The installation and configuration was successful by installing MySQL Installer 5.7.21 from the archives, skipping the upgrade prompt and using the default configuration settings on my side.
