Looks like your installation is attempting to look for the data folder at C:\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\data\ which is not the default location. Default location is: C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0\Data.
What changes did you make to the default installation/configuration to get this behavior? During installation it is possible to specify a different path for the data folder and during configuration it is possible to reuse an existing data directory, so I'm wondering if you made such accommodations.
