Hello Daniel,

MySQL Installer for Windows looks for the following regkeys to validate that VIsual C++ 2019 Redistributable is installed:

- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\VC\Runtimes\X64
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\VC\Runtimes\X86

Does your installation have any of this key entries?
