Yes i have two lines in the register : arm64 and x64 (because it's a ARM processeur on a windows session on a new macBook) :

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\VC\Runtimes\arm64
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\VC\Runtimes\x64

I have this message with the version 8.0.31 :
1: This application requires Visual Studio 2019 Redistributable. Please install the Redistributable then run this installer again.
1: 1: MySQL Shell 8.0.31 2: {77834DAF-FBC4-44C6-9E1F-B0BC7E8E97C8} 3: 3
1: The action 'Install' for product 'MySQL Shell 8.0.31' failed.

For MySQL Workbench, the message in clear :-(
1: The processor is not adequate for running MySQL Workbench 8.0 CE.

Perhaps mySQL cannot be installed on a ARM processor (on a Windows session)...
