Thanks for writing in our forums.
You can try using the Edit Data feature in MySQL for Excel to insert those values into the existing column of your table. If you are not in a multi-user environment or if it is multi-user but most likely the table will not be updated by another user while you insert that data; you should turn off the optimistic updates option of the Edit Data session.
