Re: Problem with MySQL for excel
Hi Alexey,
You say there is not a column named "GUID", but what I am referring is about a column with a GUID data type (regardless of its name) in the table you are trying to query.
There is no temp column being created by MySQL for Excel, the add-in does not alter in any way any MySQL table it works with.
So the problem is related to a GUID-type column.
Is this happening when you try to retrieve data from any table??
I am pretty sure the error does not have to do with any configuration, but to be sure, you can close Excel and go to "%APPDATA%\Oracle\MySQL for Excel" and delete the settings.config. Make sure to test with a new Excel Workbook (not an existing) one.
Best regards.
