Thanks for the response.
The type of column inside excel is formatted as time (hh:mm:ss) and the MySQL table column is formatted as time with no length/set value.
The error code I receive is 1064

MySQL Error 1064:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ':32:34,32.57,02:48:59,168.98,9.03,11,45,45,0,0,0)' at line 4
