Hi Mohammed,
MySQL for Excel is a product itself.
You need to download and install it in order for it to appear in Excel's Data ribbon. You can download and install it from the MySQL Installer for Windows or by downloading the stand-alone installer from:

https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/windows/excel/

Note that there are other ways to export data from Excel to MySQL.
You can save the file as a CSV file and then import using Workbench:
