MySQL for Excel 1.3.7 provoques Excel allways open a blank file.

Hello:
If I have installed MySQL for Excel 1.3.7, first time I open every Excel file from Windows file explorer, it opens one blank Excel file in addition to my own file, as in this reported issue:

If I uninstall, or disable, MySQL for Excel complement, it works fine and disappear the Excel issue.

I have MS Office 2016 Standard (32 bits) and Windows 10 (64 bits), version 1511 (but it also happens in 1607).
