Connection attempt failed

I download the latest version of sql community and installed the latest version of mysql for excel. the connection in mysql workbench works fine. but when it comes to excel, I tried to connect the database. It shows
"A possible fail reason could be that your user requires a SSL connection that is not currently supported.
Please check with the Administrator if you require a SSL Connection and if he can authorize your user to login without a SSL connection."
can anyone give me some suggestion on how to solve this problem? thank you ！
