Mysql not allowing change of engine

Hey guys,

I'm trying to do a:

ALTER TABLE `my_table` ENGINE=MyISAM;

But I keep getting this:

"cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails"

How can I change the engine of my table(s) if I'm getting that?
