thank you for your answer. I understand now why the cache is empying. We are processing backups around that times so it's definitively linked to FLUSH TABLES and/or mysql dump.
I'm not sure if this creates performances issues. This happens at night and the application is running bug batches jobs at the time to integrate lots of new data in the DB (lots of INSERT/UPDATE but also lots of SELECT as the integration process is dependend on already integrated data).
I'll try to run the batch job on a test server with a full filled cached and with an empty cache just to compare perfs.
