Well where can you find your: Data Folder?

I am getting a similar error log file:

090107 8:23:07 [ERROR] Plugin 'InnoDB' init function returned error.
090107 8:23:07 [ERROR] Plugin 'InnoDB' registration as a STORAGE ENGINE failed.
090107 8:23:07 [ERROR] Can't start server: Bind on TCP/IP port: Address already in use
090107 8:23:07 [ERROR] Do you already have another mysqld server running on port: 3306 ?
090107 8:23:07 [ERROR] Aborting

090107 8:23:08 [Note] /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqld: Shutdown complete


Would deleting this file help out here? After deleting it, do you need to restart the computer?
