From my understanding of InnoDB, you are much better of getting a dedicated server where you can customize all the options of it. On a server with lots of accounts, each with its own scripts and needs, InnoDB is not a realy good solution. From the articles I read, most people using InnoDB, are people using it on a dedicated server.

By the looks of things, it's not going to be enabled. Howeve,r do amelen's words ring true (regarding cpanel)?
