Thanks for answering:
- syslog shows nothing out of the orginary
- dmesg shows nothing out of the ordinary
- The RAID controller supports S.M.A.R.T, but shows nothing:
-: Initial SMART Polling Schedule :-
SMARTPollingOn: Yes
SMARTPollingInterval: 60 Seconds
I'm at a complete loss because this crashes Innodb which I can't affoard to have happen yet I can find nothing wrong with the box. It restarts and keeps going without issue, but killing all existing mysql connections and queries isn't an option.
