Do not set datadir in the Windows program files folder hierarchy!

In upgrades from 5.7 to 8.0 (https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/upgrading.html) the best and often only reliable method is install into a new datadir and import a dump from the previous datadir.
