Changing table engine to innodb manually
Dear all,
Good day!! Recently we are facing a huge performance problem with one of our Mariadb
Version:10.1.32. We have increased the innodb buffer pool size, but didn’t get any performance benefit. Later found, some of the biggest table in the database usage mysiam emgine, a small number of table using innodb. Now , we are thinking of altering the table engine to innodb to get performance benefits.
But my concern is, changing the engine to innodb might cause malfunctioning of the application?? Or what should I do to get the benefit of my resources available to get better performance??
Please suggest..
Regards
