Re: MySql version for GIS functions

Now I have discovered from my shared server host that I can move my mysql database from a server running 4.1.15 to a server running 5.0.77.

Can anyone please steer me towards documentation which tells me which GIS extensions work in MySql:
- 4.1.15
- 5.0.77
so I can quickly work out whether it's worth migrating to 5.0.77.

NB I have hunted high and low for this information, so apologies if I've overlooked it stupidly. It would really help me if someone could review and interpret the note at the top of:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/functions-that-test-spatial-relationships-between-geometries.html

Many thanks.
